以45钢为研究对象,利用透射电子显微镜和X射线能谱仪分析了复合夹杂物的结构、位错组态和成分组成。结果表明,夹杂物的主要成分为Al-Ti-O/Mn S;Mn S夹杂以长条状包裹在Al-Ti-O夹杂的外缘;Mn S晶粒内部包含大量的位错和亚晶界。不同夹杂物之间的错配度随温度都有一定的变化,这造成不同夹杂物之间产生错配应力,从而在晶界处激发大量位错,并促使位错向夹杂物外部扩展。
Taking 45 steel as the research object, the structure, dislocation configuration and composition of the composite inclusions were analyzed by transmission electron microscopy and X-ray energy dispersive spectroscopy. The results show that the main composition of the inclusions is Al-Ti-O / MnS; the MnS inclusions are elongated in the shape of the outer edge of the Al-Ti-O inclusions; the MnS grains contain a large amount of dislocations and subgrains Sector. The mismatch between different inclusions varies with temperature, which results in mismatch stress between different inclusions, which excites a large number of dislocations at the grain boundaries and promotes the dislocations to expand outside the inclusions.
