提高功率因数可以改善用电质量、减少电力损失,节约用电。怎样提高功率因数呢?一种做法是增加投资,购置电力电容器或同步调相机等补偿装置;另一种做法是从现有用电设备上挖掘潜力。如将同步电机超转,就是一种不增添任何装置,提高功率因数的好办法。可是,有的企业认为超前运转电机温升过高,不经济、不安全,不敢超前运转,甚至任其滞后运转。本刊发表了“同步电动机过激磁启动”一文。云南第三矿务局对这个问题进行了科学试验,并通过实践证明了超前运转电机温升仍在允许范围之内。希望各企业能认真研究,考虑采用,并将有关经验和意见告诉我们。
Improve the power factor can improve the quality of electricity consumption, reduce power loss and save electricity. How to increase the power factor? One way is to increase investment, purchase compensation devices such as power capacitors or synchronous rectifiers. Another approach is to tap the potential of existing power equipment. If the synchronous motor over-rotation, is a good way to increase power factor without adding any device. However, some companies think that the motor temperature ahead of run too high, uneconomical, insecure, afraid to move ahead, and even let it lag. This publication published a “synchronous motor excitation start-up” article. Third Mining Bureau of Yunnan conducted a scientific experiment on this issue and proved that the temperature rise of the forward running motor is still within the allowable range. I hope all enterprises can seriously study, consider the adoption, and to tell us the relevant experience and opinions.
