采用自制的且可实时测定腐蚀电位的腐蚀磨损试验机研究了低铬白口铸铁的腐蚀磨损特性,以及铜和镍对其腐蚀磨损特性的影响。结果表明:低铬白口铸铁中加入铜和镍可以明显提高其腐蚀电位,从而降低其腐蚀磨损量(即提高了耐磨性)。在pH=5的弱酸性浆料中,低铬白口铸铁的腐蚀磨损机制为剥落腐蚀。在pH=10的弱碱性浆料中,低铬白口铸铁的腐蚀磨损机制为磨损和腐蚀的共同作用
The corrosion wear characteristics of low chromium white cast iron and the effects of copper and nickel on the corrosion and wear characteristics of the low chromium white cast iron were studied by using a self-made corrosion wear tester which can measure the corrosion potential in real time. The results show that the addition of copper and nickel to low chromium white cast iron can significantly increase the corrosion potential, thus reducing the corrosion wear (ie, improving the wear resistance).
