模糊综合评判法是模糊数学中一种综合多种因素为一个评判指标的方法。它利用模糊关系的基本原理,将复杂的问题变得简单,把模糊的事物变得明确,因此在实践中被广泛地应用。模糊综合评判法在人员功能测评中的应用就是把被测评的人员与测评项目、测评项目与等级分别看成两个模糊关系;然后用模糊关系合成法合为一个模糊关系,即被测评的人吊与等级一个关系,最后据最大隶属原则确定被测人员的功能等级。下面结合工作中的一个实例具体说明方法步骤。
Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is a method of synthesizing many kinds of factors in fuzzy mathematics as a judge index. It makes use of the basic principles of fuzzy relations, simplifies complicated problems and clarifies ambiguous things, so it is widely used in practice. The application of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method in the personnel function evaluation is to regard the personnel to be evaluated and the evaluation item, the evaluation item and the grade as two fuzzy relations, respectively; then the fuzzy relation synthesis method is combined into a fuzzy relationship, that is, Hang and grade a relationship, and finally according to the principle of maximum membership to determine the functional level of the measured staff.
