采用教学实验法对网球社会体育指导员培训模式和传统模式进行对照教学实验。研究结果表明:实验组学生的网球综合能力与对照组比较具有非常显著性差异;实验组学生学习积极性高涨,课堂教学效果理想;男生网球技战术水平和教学指导能力高于女生。在此基础上提出网球社会体育指导员培训模式改革的有效路径:以高校教学大纲为目标制订合理的课程要求;选择合理评价体系,促进学生全面发展,男女平等,注重女生网球运动发展。
Teaching experiment is used to compare the teaching mode of tennis social sports instructor training and traditional mode. The results show that: the ability of tennis comprehensive ability of experimental group students compared with the control group has a very significant difference; experimental group of students learning enthusiasm, classroom teaching results are ideal; boys tennis skills and tactical ability and instructional ability than girls. On this basis, the effective path of tennis social sports instructors training mode reform is put forward. The reasonable syllabus for college syllabus is to be established. The reasonable evaluation system is selected to promote the all-round development of students, equality between men and women and the development of female tennis.
