编辑同志:三年前,一家公益性单位见我家生活困难,且又无经济来源,出于照顾,让我担任公共场所协管员工作,工资来源于政府的扶持资金。如今,因我所协管的公共环境发生变化,单位提出解除与我尚有六个月到期的劳动合同。我虽表示同意,但觉得单位应给予我解除劳动合同的经济补偿金,而单位以我从事的公益性岗位与其它普通岗位不同为由拒绝。请问:仅仅因为从事公益性岗位
Editor’s Comrade: Three years ago, a nonprofit organization saw difficulties in my life and no source of income. Out of care, I served as a coordinator for public places, and wages came from government support funds. Now, due to changes in the public environment I co-ordinate, the unit proposes to lift the labor contract with whom I still have six months to expire. Although I gave my consent, I feel that the unit should give me the financial compensation for the termination of the labor contract, and the unit refused to do so on the grounds that the public service job I engaged in is different from other ordinary posts. Excuse me: just because of public service jobs
