异种材料连接结构中由于被连接材料的热膨胀系数不匹配 ,焊后冷却过程将在钎焊件内部导致较大的应力。同时 ,钎缝圆角几何形状对这一热应力分布有重要影响。本文采用有限元数值模拟方法研究了钎缝圆角几何形状对Al-Al2 O3 异种材料钎焊件内部剪切应力分布的影响。计算结果表明 ,钎缝圆角的最佳几何形状为钎缝伸出长度略大于钎缝高度的凹型。
Due to the mismatched coefficients of thermal expansion of the materials to be joined in dissimilar materials, the post-weld cooling process will result in greater stresses inside the braze. At the same time, the brazing seam geometry has an important influence on this thermal stress distribution. In this paper, the influence of brazing fillet geometry on the internal shear stress distribution of Al-Al 2 O 3 dissimilar brazing material was studied by finite element method. The calculation results show that the best geometric shape of brazing fillet is that the brazing seam extends slightly longer than the height of the brazing seam.
