7月8日,由湖北省农业厅、潜江市人民政府联合主办的第二届中国湖北(潜江)龙虾节在潜江市隆重举行。省委常委张昌尔,省人大常委会副主任罗辉,省政协副主席陈柏槐,省农业厅厅长祝金水,中共潜江市委书记朱汉桥,省农业厅副厅长、省水产局局长王兆民,中共潜江市委副书记、市长张桂华等领导出席开幕式和签约仪式。省委常委张昌尔宣布第二届中国湖北(潜江)龙虾节开幕,随即,张昌尔、罗辉、陈柏槐、祝金水、朱汉桥等领导同志共同启动龙虾节开幕按钮。祝金水厅长在开幕式上讲话,潜江市委书记朱汉桥致辞。
