采用薄层色谱法对降糖血康胶囊中的黄芪、地黄进行了定性鉴别;并采用甲醇热回流提取、正丁醇革取,大孔吸附树脂柱除去杂质,用薄层扫描法对黄芪甲甙的含量进行了定量研究。本方法的平均加样回收率为:97.6％,RSD为2.1％(n=5),具有较好的重现性和准确性,可作为该制剂内在质量的控制方法。
The qualitative identification of Radix Astragali and Radix Rehmanniae in Jiangtang Xuekang Capsules was performed by thin-layer chromatography; methanol heat reflux extraction, n-butanol extraction, macroporous adsorption resin column removal of impurities, and thin-layer scanning method were used to identify the Radix Scutellariae. The content of barium was quantitatively studied. The average recovery rate of the method is: 97.6%, RSD is 2.1% (n=5), has good reproducibility and accuracy, and can be used as the method for controlling the intrinsic quality of the preparation.
