用水蒸气蒸馏法从康定鼠尾草花中提取挥发油,并用气相色谱/质谱联用技术(GC-MS)对挥发油的化学成分进行分离鉴定,用气相色谱峰面积归一化法确定各组分的相对含量,结果从康定鼠尾草花挥发油中鉴定出89种化合物,占总挥发油量的95%以上,其中主要成分是二苯胺(21.528%)、芳樟醇(9.873%)、2-丙酮基-3-蒈烯(7.533%)、1,3,3-三甲基-2-丁酮-环己二烯(5.088%)。本文通过对康定鼠尾草花挥发油化学成分的研究,为鼠尾草资源的进一步开发利用提供实验依据。
Volatile oil was extracted from Kangding sage flower by steam distillation. The chemical constituents of volatile oil were separated and identified by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS), and the relative proportions of the components were determined by gas chromatographic peak area normalization The results showed that 89 compounds were identified from the volatile oil of Kangding sage flower, which accounted for more than 95% of the total volatile oil. The main components were diphenylamine (21.528%), linalool (9.873%), 2-acetonyl-3 - Camphene (7.533%), 1,3,3-trimethyl-2-butanone-cyclohexadiene (5.088%). In this paper, we study the chemical constituents of volatile oil from Kangding sage and provide experimental basis for the further development and utilization of sage resources.
