大学英语的教学效果受到众多因素的制约和影响,其中原因之一就是学习者的个体差异直接或间接地影响着学生的学习效果。因此,教师在教学中要尊重并且根据大学生的个体差异因材施教,使不同水平和层次的学生在大学英语学习中取得最大程度的进步和发展。
The teaching effect of college English is restricted and influenced by many factors. One of the reasons is that individual differences of learners directly or indirectly affect students’ learning effects. Therefore, teachers should respect and instruct students according to their individual differences in teaching so that students of different levels and levels can make the greatest progress and development in college English learning.
