Objective To observe the effects of live fire training on heart rate turbulence and heart rate variability of tank crew and to observe the effect of SPCS biofeedback training. Methods A total of 244 tank crews who participated in tank artillery fire training were selected as the observation group. 79 crew members were randomly selected as the intervention group and 103 crew members of the same unit were selected as the control group. After the tank fire for the first time The ECG indexes were collected to compare the effects of live fire training on various parameters of tank crew members such as TO, TS, SDNN, RMSSD, PNN50, LF, HF, LF / HF and the role of SPCS biofeedback training. Results Compared with the control group, the level of TO in the firing group was significantly increased, and the level of TO in the SPCS intervention group was lower than that in the firing group (P <0.01). The TS of shooting group was lower than that of control group (P <0.01). The TS value of SPCS intervention group was higher than that of shooting group, but not reached the level of control group. The index of SDNN, RMSSD, PNN50 in shooting group was significantly lower than those in control group (all P <0.01). SPCS intervention could increase SDNN, RMSSD and PNN50 in intervention group (P <0.05, P <0.01). The levels of LF, HF, LF / HF in the shooting group were lower than those in the control group (P <0.01). The levels of LF, HF and LF / HF in the SPCS intervention group were higher than those in the shooting group (P <0.05, P <0.01). Conclusion For the first time, live fire training has some effects on HRT and HRV of tank crew, showing increased sympathetic activity and decreased vagal activity. SPCS biofeedback training can enhance the autonomic nervous system regulation of tank crew.
