基于SYSWELD数值模拟软件对铝制冷凝器进出口接头TIG点焊进行数值模拟,研究了不同焊接电流对其熔池形貌的影响。模拟中充分考虑了材料热物理性能的非线性,及对流、辐射等边界条件对焊接温度场的影响,并运用HSF校正工具对热源各项参数进行了校核。研究结果表明:在其他焊接参数一定时,随着焊接电流的增大,焊点熔深增加,且熔深尺寸为工程实践制定焊接工艺提供了参考。
Based on SYSWELD numerical simulation software, TIG spot welding of aluminum condenser inlet and outlet joints was simulated, and the influence of different welding current on the weld pool morphology was studied. The simulation fully considers the nonlinear thermal physical properties and the influence of the boundary conditions such as convection and radiation on the welding temperature field. The HSF calibration tools are used to check the parameters of the heat source. The results show that with the increase of welding current, the weld penetration increases with the increase of welding current, and the penetration depth provides a reference for engineering practice of welding process.
