目的介绍连环蛋白家族新成员p120-连环蛋白(p120-catenin,p120ctn)及其在肿瘤研究中的进展。方法查阅近年来国内、外有关对p120ctn研究的文献并作综述。结果①p120ctn参与钙黏蛋白-连环蛋白复合体的形成,参与细胞生长、增殖和黏附连接;②调控Rho GTP酶的活性,促进细胞运动性;③与核内转录因子Kaiso结合形成Kaiso-p120ctn复合体,参与基因转录的调控;④参与血管内皮生长因子诱导的血管新生过程;⑤参与炎症、细胞恶变以及肿瘤侵袭、转移过程。结论 p120ctn作为连环蛋白家族中的一个新成员,依靠它的细胞定位参与多种生物过程,从分子水平深入了解p120ctn的生物学功能及作用机理,有利于从p120ctn的异常改变判断肿瘤的发生和发展,为肿瘤的预防和治疗提供新的手段。
Objective To introduce a new member of the catenin family, p120-catenin (p120ctn), and its progress in tumor research. Methods To review and review the literature about p120ctn at home and abroad in recent years. Understanding the biological function and mechanism of p120ctn from the molecular level is helpful to determine the occurrence and development of tumors from the abnormal changes of p120ctn , For the prevention and treatment of cancer provides a new means.
