数字化手段在发动机装机技术状态管理中的应用核心就是利用计算机网络和数据库等数字化手段,构建与PDM、质量管理等信息系统紧密集成的航空发动机装配、分解和维护全过程的信息数据管理系统,从而提高发动机装机整机及零组件的技术状态管理能力。主要包括零件技术状态数据管理和台份装机技术状态数据管理两部分。零件技术状态数据管理包括零件本身技术状态、零件发生故障情况、零件装机履历情况等。台份技术状态数据管理包括发动机每个台份装机零件情况、装配/分解过程中的测量参数、维修过程数据记录、发动机寿命信息、试车/试飞过程中的故障信息等。
