目的:研究大黄素与不同中药活性成分配伍后体外抗疱疹病毒Ⅰ(HSV-Ⅰ)的作用,并对其抗病毒机制进行初步探讨。方法:用不同组成、不同浓度的中药溶液处理HSV-Ⅰ感染的Vero细胞,72h后四甲基偶氮唑盐(MTT)法测定细胞活性并用空斑减数法进行验证。结果:在Vero细胞系中,所有经配伍后的中药组合都有一定的抑制HSV-Ⅰ的细胞病变效应(CPE)的作用,使细胞存活率提高,同时其细胞毒性也有所降低。结论:中药配伍大黄素后,可以起到减毒增效的作用。
OBJECTIVE: To study the anti-herpes simplex virus (HSV-Ⅰ) effect of emodin in combination with active ingredients of different traditional Chinese medicines in vitro and its anti-viral mechanism. Methods: Vero cells infected with HSV-Ⅰ were treated with different concentrations and different concentrations of Chinese herbal medicine. Cell viability was measured by MTT assay 72 hours later and confirmed by plaque reduction method. Results: In Vero cell line, all the traditional Chinese medicine combinations with certain inhibitory effects on the cytopathic effect (CPE) of HSV-Ⅰ increased the cell survival rate and reduced the cytotoxicity. Conclusion: Chinese medicine compatibility with emodin, can play a role in attenuating toxicity.
