本章基于Tween-80增敏催化NaIO4氧化核固红(R)的反应,导致体系的△Ip比无Tween-80时大6.2倍,据此提出了增敏催化NaIO4氧化核固红(R)室温磷光法测定As(Ⅴ)的新方法.本方法的检出限(LD)为2.6×10–15g mL–1,线性范围(0.016~1.60fg spot–1),进行7次测定,其线性回归方程为△Ip=1.876+58.464 mAs(Ⅴ)(fg spot–1),n=7,相关系数(r)为0.9990,表明本方法有较高的灵敏度、精密度.同时探讨了增敏催化NaIO4氧化R室温磷光法测定As(Ⅴ)的反应机理.
