目的:系统研究照山白的化学成分。方法:应用正相硅胶柱色谱、制备型薄层色谱以及Sepha-dex LH-20凝胶等方法分离,通过NMR和MS等波谱学方法鉴定化合物的结构。结果:从照山白乙醇提取液中分离鉴定了5个化合物,分别为羽扇豆酮、羽扇豆醇、3-羟基-30-降羽扇豆烷-20-酮、3-羟基-11-烯-11,12-脱氢-28,13-乌苏酸内酯、熊果醇。结论:所列化合物均为首次从该种植物中分离得到。
Objective: To systematically study the chemical composition of METHODS: The compounds were isolated by normal phase silica gel column chromatography, preparative thin layer chromatography and Sephadex dextran LH-20 gel. The structures of the compounds were identified by NMR and MS spectroscopy. Results: Five compounds were isolated and identified from Radix alba extract, which were lupine ketone, lupine alcohol, 3-hydroxy-30-homo-luteolin-20-one and 3-hydroxy-11-ene-11 , 12-dehydro-28,13-ursolide, bearberry alcohol. Conclusion: The listed compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time.
