本篇文章针对我国公共部门人力资源管理的信息化建设一题展开了较为深入的研究,同时结合人力资源管理信息化的重要性与笔者的自身经验总结出了几点可行性较高的应对措施,其中包括转变高层观念,进一步夯实人力资源管理信息化的意识基础、加强基础建设,进一步完善信息化的人力资源管理体系、加大公共部门人力资源管理部门的培训力度以及提升信息化管理人才的培养水平等等,以期能够对我国公共部门人力资源管理水平的提升献上笔者的一点绵薄之力。
