测定了白洋淀湿地岸边带土壤磷酸酶活性,分析了水位波动、温度变化、营养底物等主要湿地环境因子对其的影响,以揭示湿地生物净化作用机制。通过灰色关联分析得出,湿地岸边带土壤磷酸酶与水位和温度的关联分别为0.633和0.619,表明土壤磷酸酶活性受季节水位波动和温度变化影响显著;方差分析表明,土壤碳、氮、磷营养物质含量较高地区的磷酸酶活性季节波动较大,反映了湿地中含磷酸酯有机物降解受营养底物驱动;通过对主要环境因子和磷酸酶活性进行主成分回归分析,建立了表征湿地土壤磷酸酶活性的线性回归分析模型,从而根据主要湿地环境因子对湿地生物净化能力进行推断和评估。
The soil phosphatase activity in the Baiyangdian wetland was measured, and the effects of environmental factors such as water level fluctuation, temperature change and nutrient substrate on the wetland biological purification were revealed to reveal the biological purification mechanism.
