用１０％斑蝥浸出液贴敷大椎、内关穴发疱治疗５０例常年性变态反应性鼻炎，以鼻分泌物细胞学检查、鼻粘膜激发试验、血清总ＩｇＥ为观察指标，并用安慰剂作对照。结果表明：治疗组总有效率８８％，治疗后患者鼻粘膜激发试验反应程度明显减轻（Ｐ＜０．０１），鼻分泌物中嗜碱性粒细胞及嗜酸性粒细胞有不同程度减少（Ｐ＜０．０５，Ｐ＜０．０１），血清总ＩｇＥ水平明显降低（Ｐ＜０．０１）。
A total of 50 cases of perennial allergic rhinitis were treated with 10% cantharidum leaching solution applied to Dazhui and Neiguan points. The nasal secretion cytology test, nasal mucosa challenge test, and serum total IgE were used as observation indexes, and placebo was used as a control. The results showed that the total effective rate of the treatment group was 88%. After the treatment, the nasal mucosa stimulated test response was significantly reduced (P<0.01), and the basophils and eosinophils in nasal secretions were reduced to different degrees (P <0.05, P <0.01), serum total IgE levels decreased significantly (P <0.01).
