在声乐教学实践中,理论和理念都发挥着主要作用。老师要充分发挥主观能动性,客观分析个体情况,釆取与之相适应的方法和手段,有的放矢的对其进行系统性、针对性训练,使学生形成自己的歌唱理念和方法。其次,老师要全面、系统的学习和研究现有声乐及教学理论;寻求有助于提髙自身专业理论水平和教学能力方法和途径;大胆尝试,勇于探索,善于从千差万别的教学对象中总结和积累解决问题和的思路、方法和手段;学会用优秀教学理论来指导自己的教学实践,为全面提高教学质量和提升自己的教育教学能力和水平奠定基础。
