十一届三中全会以来,兰州市财税系统的干部培训工作,针对当前财税干部队伍存在的“三低、二多、一少”(即:文化程度低,理论水平低,业务水平低;年老的多,青年多;业务骨干少)的实际情况,采取多种形式,抓紧业务培训,提高了干部素质,促进了财税工作。在培训工作中,我们着重抓了以下几个方面: 一、从实际出发,制定规划,确定目标,认真落实。
