村改居意味着村干部角色最终要实现由“村民利益的维护者”向“公共服务的提供者”转换。本文依据角色理论,结合实地调研访谈,从对村居干部角色的期望、领悟、实践三个方面,探讨了村改居过程中的干部角色及其转换中的诸多问题和困难,进而对村居干部角色的顺利转换提出了一些积极思考。 The change of village means that the role of village cadre should eventually be transformed from “the defender of villagers’ interests” to “the provider of public services.” Based on the role theory and the field research interviews, this paper explores the cadres’ role in the process of the settlement of the village and the many problems and difficulties in their conversion from three aspects of the expectation, comprehension and practice of the role of the village cadres. Then, The smooth conversion of cadres’ roles put forward some positive thinking.
