目的通过对某医用电子直线加速器及放射治疗质量保证系统的验证,探讨影响该加速器性能及放射治疗质量保证系统的因素和解决方案。方法对加速器(LINAC)、图像引导系统(IGRT)、放射治疗计划系统(TPS)和多叶准直器(MLC)进行检测,参照相关标准要求进行评价。结果该加速器所测性能指标基本符合国家标准限值要求,合格率为92.3%。放射治疗质量保证系统各项指标虽符合标准要求但还存在一定偏差。结论二维平板电离室对剂量验证和辐射野检测有一定局限性,指型电离室和三维水箱测量精确性更高。IGRT、TPS和MLC对放射治疗质量保证系统的验证至关重要。
Objective To verify the factors affecting the performance of the accelerator and the radiotherapy quality assurance system and its solutions by verifying a medical linear accelerator and radiotherapy quality assurance system. Methods Accelerator (LINAC), image guidance system (IGRT), radiotherapy planning system (TPS) and multi-leaf collimator (MLC) were tested and evaluated according to the relevant standards. Results The measured performance indicators of the accelerator basically meet the national standard limit requirements, with a pass rate of 92.3%. Radiotherapy quality assurance system although the indicators meet the standard requirements but there are still some deviations. Conclusion Two-dimensional plate ionization chamber has some limitations on dose verification and radiation field detection, and the finger ionization chamber and three-dimensional water tank have higher accuracy. IGRT, TPS and MLC are crucial for the validation of radiotherapy quality assurance systems.
