先造成22只家兔下颌骨体部两侧骨缺损区,然后分别植入经~(60)钴和高温高压消毒的复合胚胎骨及单纯胚胎骨,并用x线、光镜,荧光显微镜、透射电镜进行观察。结果表明:两种不同方法消毒的胚胎骨的作用基本相同,均有诱导骨再生,促进骨修复作用,且有较好的生物相容性。临床应用30例,进行7种不同类型颌骨缺损的复合人胚胎骨及胚胎骨移植修复,伤口愈合良好,恢复了功能和形态,取得较满意效果,有较大的实用价值,为临床提供了一种新型而较理想的骨移植材料。
