目的:研究肝脏增强CT与肝脏MRI在诊断肝癌准确率方面的对比情况。方法:随机选取本院2015年9月-2016年9月收治的肝癌患者62例作为样本,以31例为一组,将其分为CT组与MRI组两个组别。CT组采用肝脏增强CT检查,MRI组采用肝脏MRI检查。观察两组患者肝内病灶、肝外病灶查出数,同时观察两组患者检查准确情况。结果:MRI组31例患者,检查发现肝内病灶(3.00±0.16)个,30例检查准确,准确率96.77%。与CT组对比,统计学差异显著(p<0.05),两组患者在肝外病灶查出数方面对比无统计学差异(p>0.05)。结论:相对肝脏CT而言,肝脏MRI用于肝癌的诊断,可发现更多的肝内病灶,诊断准确率更高,具有较高的临床应用价值,可将其应用到肝癌的临床诊断过程中,使肝癌患者可早诊断、早治疗,提高治疗有效率,降低病死率,提高患者生存质量。
Objective: To study the contrast between liver enhanced CT and liver MRI in the diagnosis of liver cancer. Methods: Totally 62 patients with HCC who were treated in our hospital from September 2015 to September 2016 were randomly selected as the sample, and 31 patients were divided into two groups: CT group and MRI group. CT enhanced liver CT examination, MRI MRI examination of the liver. Two groups of patients were observed intrahepatic lesions, extrahepatic lesions detected number, while observing the two groups of patients to check the exact situation. Results: In the MRI group of 31 patients, the intrahepatic lesions were found (3.00 ± 0.16). The accuracy of the examination was 30 and the accuracy was 96.77%. Compared with the CT group, the statistical difference was significant (p <0.05). There was no significant difference between the two groups in the number of extrahepatic lesions detected (p> 0.05). Conclusion: Compared with liver CT, hepatic MRI can be used to diagnose hepatocellular carcinoma, more intrahepatic lesions can be found, the diagnostic accuracy is higher and has higher clinical value, which can be applied to the clinical diagnosis of hepatocellular carcinoma , So that patients with liver cancer early diagnosis and early treatment, improve treatment efficiency, reduce mortality and improve patient quality of life.
