目的:对紫外吸收光谱重叠的氯唑沙宗(CRXZ)和对乙酰氨基酚(ACAP)进行多组分不经分离的含量测定。方法:根据反向传播(BP)原理并采用遗传算法(GA)优化网络参数,应用三层人工神经网络(ANN),对CRXZ与ACAP混合体系进行含量测定。结果:混合体系中CRXZ和ACAP的平均回收率分别为99.5%和101.0%,RSD分别为1.2%和0.95%。结论:将神经网络应用于药物制剂分析,可得到满意结果,值得进一步推广应用。
OBJECTIVE: To determine the multi-component and non-separated contents of chlorhexidine (CRXZ) and acetaminophen (ACAP) with overlapping ultraviolet absorption spectra. Methods: According to the principle of back propagation (BP), genetic algorithm (GA) was used to optimize the network parameters. The three-layer artificial neural network (ANN) was used to determine the content of the mixed system of CRXZ and ACAP. Results: The average recoveries of CRXZ and ACAP in the mixed system were 99.5% and 101.0%, respectively, with RSDs of 1.2% and 0.95%, respectively. Conclusion: The neural network applied to the analysis of pharmaceutical preparations, can be satisfied with the results, it is worth further promotion and application.
