盆栽试验表明,在含磷量低的灰棕紫泥上,接种VA菌根(Glomus epigaeus)对菜豆(phaseolus vulgaris)磷素营养和生长有明显的正效应。VA菌根加磷与磷处理之间以及VA菌根与对照之间的株高,茎叶千重,再分枝等的差异均达显著水平;叶面积、根干重、豆荚产量和再分枝数,各处理之间的差异均达显著水平。几接种VA的植株,含磷量都高于未接种VA菌根的株株,表明VA菌根能加强菜豆对磷的吸收。
