以NADH-高铁氰化钾还原酶法对Graves病和正常甲状腺NADH-细胞色素b_5还原酶(b_5R)及过氧化氢酶活性进行测定。发现Graves病时甲状腺的b_5R活性明显增高,而过氧化氢酶活性无改变;Graves病患者甲状腺b_5R活性与其治前血中甲状腺激素水平呈显著正相关。表明Graves病时甲状腺内产生过氧化氢酶系活性增高,可能是其甲状腺激素合成增多的重要环节。
The activities of NADH-cytochrome b_5 reductase (b_5R) and catalase in Graves’ disease and normal thyroid gland were determined by NADH-ferricyanide reductase method. Found Graves disease thyroid b_5R activity was significantly increased, and catalase activity was unchanged; Graves disease thyroid b_5R activity and its pre-treatment of thyroid hormone levels were positively correlated. That Graves disease thyroid production of catalase activity increased, may be an important part of the increase in thyroid hormone synthesis.
