目的:建立胚胎期乙醇暴露的大鼠动物模型,测试不同剂量乙醇暴露下ABR,探讨乙醇胚胎毒性对大鼠听觉神经系统的影响。方法:母鼠交配后第8.5天经灌胃途径按高、低剂量组每天分别给予50.0%分析纯乙醇2.0 g/kg、1.0 g/kg,连续6 d。仔鼠40 d龄后测试ABR,选择相同天龄仔鼠作为正常对照组。结果:高、低剂量的胚胎期乙醇暴露对ABR有影响,表现为I波测出率降低(分别为14.0%、30.0%)、各波潜伏期延长(P<0.05)和波幅降低。结论:乙醇胚胎毒性对大鼠听觉神经系统有明显影响,听觉神经冲动传导减慢。
OBJECTIVE: To establish an animal model of ethanol exposure in embryonic rats and to study ABR under different doses of ethanol exposure to investigate the effects of ethanol embryo toxicity on auditory nervous system in rats. Methods: The maternal rats were fed with 2.0 g / kg ethanol (1.0 g / kg) 50.0% by high and low dose groups on day 8.5 after oral administration for 6 d. After 40 days of age, offspring test ABR, select the same age offspring as a normal control group. RESULTS: High and low doses of ethanol during embryo exposure had an effect on ABR. The detection rate of I wave was decreased (14.0% and 30.0%, respectively), latency of each wave was prolonged (P <0.05) and amplitude was decreased. Conclusion: Ethanol embryotoxicity has a significant effect on the auditory nervous system in rats, and impaired auditory nerve impulse conduction.
