三辊联合穿轧机将穿孔和轧管工序集于一体，实现一道次可获得各种精度的钢管生产新工艺，本文介绍了这种工艺的方法，对变形区的刚塑性进行了有限元分析。
The three-roll combined wear mill integrates the perforation and rolling process to achieve a new production process of steel pipe with various precision in a single pass. This paper introduces the method of this process, and analyzes the rigid-plastic deformation of the deformation zone by finite element method.
