电子探针(EPMA)定性和定量分析表明:粉末冶金316L不锈钢添加4wt%Si后由原来的单相奥氏体变为奥氏体+铁素体双相组织,合金元素Si、Cr、Mo和Ni亦由均匀分布变为不均匀分布.铁素体中铁素体稳定元素Si、Cr和Mo的含量高于奥氏体,奥氏体稳定元素Ni则富集于奥氏体中.这种显微组织结构和微区成分分布的改变有助于提高粉末冶金不锈钢的机械性能和烧结性能.
