目的:研究刺三甲醇提取物对小鼠的抗炎镇痛作用。方法:采用小鼠耳肿胀法、棉球肉芽肿法、醋酸致小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性增加法观察抗炎作用,采用小鼠扭体法、热板法观察镇痛作用。结果:与模型组比较,刺三甲(10g/kg)能抑制二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀,抑制率27.46%;抑制棉球致小鼠肉芽肿,抑制率56.70%;抑制醋酸引起的毛细血管通透性增加,抑制率44.57%;抑制冰醋酸引起的小鼠扭体反应,抑制率29.46%;明显延长热板法试验中小鼠的舔后足时间。结论:刺三甲乙醇提取物有明显的抗炎镇痛作用。
Objective: To study the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effect of Acanthopanax senticosus extract on mice. Methods: Anti-inflammatory effects were observed by mouse ear swelling method, cotton ball granuloma method and acetic acid-induced increase of peritoneal capillary permeability. The analgesic effect was observed by hot-plate method and mouse writhing method. Results: Compared with the model group, Erythromycis (10g / kg) could inhibit xylene-induced ear swelling in mice, the inhibition rate was 27.46%; inhibit the granuloma caused by cotton ball, the inhibition rate was 56.70%; inhibit the capillary induced by acetic acid Permeability increased, the inhibition rate was 44.57%; inhibition of glacial acetic acid induced writhing reaction in mice, the inhibition rate of 29.46%; significantly prolonged hot lick method in mice licking the hind foot time. Conclusion: Acanthopanax senticosus ethanol extract has obvious anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects.
