近廿年来,放射学及内窥镜技术均有了飞跃发展,诊断正确率显著提高。本文就两种技术在不同情况下的运用及其影响因素进行综述。诊断准确性和并发症钡餐检查普通钡餐检查对癌及溃疡的诊断正确率为51~78(平均65.5)%。X线双重造影技术较普通钡餐为优,诊断正确率为77~98.5(平均84.6)%。其假阴性率亦较低,为1.5~7(平均2.3)%。Stevenson等强调普通钡餐的应用价值,提倡与X线双重造影联合应用。并称为“双相钡餐”,其诊断正确率为88~90%。
Nearly 20 years, radiology and endoscopic technology have made leaps and bounds, the diagnostic accuracy was significantly improved. This article reviews the use of the two technologies in different situations and their influencing factors. Stevenson et al emphasize the application value of common barium meal and advocate dual-radiography combined with X-ray. And called “biphasic barium meal,” the diagnostic accuracy of 88 to 90%.
