齐齐哈尔～安达小同轴大综合电缆工程,要通过前后代～红旗营间39公里水塘地带。该段铁路为填石渗水路基在水塘内穿过,路肩上约有0.3米厚的土层,下面便是大块石,电缆无法在路肩上敷设。只有在水塘里沿铁路敷设水线电缆,而目前生产的HOQ41型水线电缆又不适合于该段的敷设环境,本文着重对电缆的金属护套和防蚀外护层进行以下几方面的讨论。
