蒙古木蠹蛾,Cossus mongolicus Ersch.雄蛾触角对化合物顺-5-十二碳烯醇乙酸酯、反-5-十二碳烯醇乙酸酯和顺-3-癸烯醇乙酸酯电位反应强烈,但在诱捕试验中唯有顺-5-十二碳烯醇乙酸酯具有显著引诱作用。一只诱芯含0.5mg顺-5-十二碳烯醇乙酸酯的诱捕器一夜平均诱蛾12.67头,为一头活雌蛾诱蛾数的5.3倍,400瓦黑光灯诱捕器的2倍。诱捕器类型、设置高度和诱芯载体材料影响引诱效果。样品对蒙古木蠹蛾具有专一性。
Cossus mongolicus Ersch. Mongolian moth, Cotacus mongolicus Ersch. The effects of maleic acid on the compound cis-5-dodecenol acetate, trans-5-dodecenol acetate and cis-3-decenol acetate potentials The reaction was strong, but only cis-5-dodecenol acetate showed significant attractiveness in trapping experiments. A single trap containing 0.5 mg of cis-5-dodecenyl acetate acetate traps averaged 12.67 overnight moths, 5.3 times the number of moths on a live female and twice that of a 400-watt black light trap . Trap type, setting height and inducing carrier material affect the lure effect. Specimens of Mongolian moth are specific.
