米非司酮是一种抗孕激素甾体激素,通过与孕激素竞争受体而起到强效抗孕激素的作用,可用于抗早孕,与米索前列醇配伍,使抗早孕完全流产率达90%以上,并已被大量临床研究所验证。本研究通过光镜及电镜观察,探讨米非司酮对胎盘绒毛的形态学影响;分析及探讨米非司酮对绒毛染色体有无致突变作用,从而导致胚胎畸形。
