本文描述槽型逆流连续炼钢的小规模试验研究,铁水流量为600kg/hr。用有芯感应炉保温进入槽型炉前的铁水,用工频无芯短感应器炉调整钢水的成分和温度。试验过程沿流槽的长度方向,在不同点定期取金属样、渣样和测温,分析试样的化学成分及温度的变化规律。根据试验结果还分析了炉内传氧的特点和金属的脱磷、脱硫,平均脱磷率为96%,平均脱硫率为60%。讨论了回流对终点磷、硫含量的影响。此法的主要优点是设备简单,操作安全,渣料消耗少(仅相当于LD法的1/2~2/3),精炼效率高,烟尘量少。为了更充分地研究该法的工程和经济方面的问题,须进行半工业规模的扩大试验。
This article describes a small pilot study of countercurrent continuous steelmaking with a hot metal flow rate of 600 kg / hr. With a core induction furnace insulation into the tank before the molten iron, with a frequency coreless short induction furnace furnace to adjust the composition and temperature of molten steel. During the test, metal samples, slag samples and temperature were taken periodically along the length of runner. The chemical composition and temperature of sample were analyzed. According to the test results, the characteristics of oxygen transfer in the furnace and the dephosphorization and desulfurization of the metal were also analyzed. The average dephosphorization rate was 96% and the average desulfurization rate was 60%. The effect of reflux on the end-point phosphorus and sulfur content was discussed. The main advantages of this method are simple equipment, safe operation, less waste material consumption (only 1/2 ~ 2/3 of LD method), high refining efficiency and small amount of soot. In order to more fully examine the engineering and economic aspects of the law, an expansion test on a semi-industrial scale is required.
