为探讨中药穿心莲提取物和鱼油在预防冠心病中的作用,我们研究了这两种药物对实验性粥样硬化兔骼动脉狭窄的预防作用及其对血单核细胞分泌生长因子能力的影响。结果显示,对照组,穿心莲及鱼油预防组髂动脉狭窄发生率分别为100%、70%和77%;骼动脉狭窄程度分别为60.53±31.03%,25.39±10.52%和52.21±21.17%(P<0.01);用不同组血单核细胞的条件培养基培养成纤维细胞显示,各组掺入成纤维细胞中的~3H-TdR 量分别为11.87×10~3、7.79×10~3和4.69×10~3(cpm),说明穿心莲提取物和鱼油能显著抑制血源性单核细胞分泌生长因子,减轻高胆固醇饲养和髂动脉去内皮所诱发的粥样硬化性狭窄,为用这二种药物防治冠心病提供了依据。
In order to investigate the effect of Chinese Herbal Andrographis paniculata extract and fish oil in the prevention of coronary heart disease, we studied the effect of the two drugs on the prevention of iliac arterial stenosis in experimental atherosclerotic rabbits and its influence on the ability of blood mononuclear cells to secrete growth factors. The results showed that in the control group, the incidence of radial artery stenosis was 100%, 70%, and 77% in the prevention and treatment group of Andrographis paniculata and fish oil, respectively; the stenosis of iliac arteries was 60.53±31.03%, 25.39±10.52%, and 52.21±21.17%, respectively (P< 0.01); Fibroblasts were cultured in conditioned medium with different groups of mononuclear cells, and the amounts of ~3H-TdR incorporated into fibroblasts in each group were 11.87 × 10 ~ 3, 7.79 × 10 ~ 3, and 4.69 × respectively. 10 to 3 (cpm), indicating that the extract of Andrographis paniculata and fish oil can significantly inhibit the secretion of growth factors from blood-derived mononuclear cells and reduce atherosclerotic stenosis induced by high cholesterol feeding and radial artery deendothelialization. Prevention of coronary heart disease provides the basis.
