用光镜及流式细胞仪检测了不同浓度冬凌草甲素对 HL - 6 0细胞的作用 ,发现 8～ 12μmol/ L冬凌草甲素作用 HL- 6 0细胞 2 4小时 ,可诱导细胞凋亡。表明冬凌草甲素是一种潜在的白血病治疗药物 ,其诱导凋亡的机制有待进一步探讨。
The effects of different concentrations of oridonin on HL-60 cells were examined by light microscope and flow cytometry. It was found that 8-12 μmol / L oridonin acted on HL-60 cells for 24 hours and cells could be induced. Apoptosis. It shows that Oridonin is a potential leukemia therapeutic drug, and its mechanism of inducing apoptosis remains to be further explored.
