本文将冰盖板自重作为均布荷载。了冰与坝坡冻结约束条件和冰的物理力学性质，建立了水位下降时，冰盖板对坝坡产生的破坏弯矩的计算公式，与现有国内外同类公式丁比，该公式物理意义明确，参数易于确定，符合工程实际，便于工程应用。
