介绍模数转换器ADC的基本工作原理和应用发展,从硬件结构上定义了ADC的各个参数。根据示波器自身硬件设计以及测试需求,分析了柱状图测试方法和正弦波拟合测试方法对于示波器ADC测试的不适用性,并引入静态测试方法和动态测试方法,并分别详细分析了静态测试方法和动态测试方法的测试实现过程。通过labview开发测试代码实现示波器ADC转换芯片的静态、动态自动测试方法,分析两种测试方法各自的影响因素,比较两种方法在生产测试中的优劣性。实验结果表明:静态测试方法原理简单,但测试时间长、精度低,且对测试设备精度依赖度较高;动态测试方法测试时间短、精度高,且对测试设备精度要求较低,应用广泛。
This paper introduces the basic working principle and application development of ADC, and defines various parameters of ADC from hardware structure. According to the hardware design and testing requirements of the oscilloscope, the histogram test method and the sine wave fitting test method are analyzed for the applicability of the oscilloscope ADC test, and the static test method and the dynamic test method are introduced. The static test methods and Test method of dynamic testing process. Through the labview development of test code to achieve the oscilloscope ADC conversion chip static and dynamic automatic test method, analysis of the two test methods of their respective influencing factors, compare the two methods in the production and testing of the merits. The experimental results show that the static test method is simple in principle but long in test time, low in precision and high in reliance on the accuracy of the test equipment. The dynamic test method has short test time and high precision, and has low requirements on test equipment accuracy and wide application.
