新常态下,三支人才队伍建设是企业人力资源管理的重要组成部分,在推动产业转型升级、提升企业创新能力和增强企业核心竞争力等各方面发挥着不可替代的作用,是促进产业结构调整的重要力量。本文通过统筹分析、系统调研,客观真实的对目前龙钢公司三支人才队伍建设现状进行了系统分析,提出人力资源管理和三支人才队伍建设的不足及所面临的挑战,从人才管理机制入手,通过人才培养、建立人才职业发展通道、抓好人才队伍培训等方面,研究探讨企业三支人才队伍建设的有效举措和管理模式。
