In order to help the majority of teachers (especially young teachers) to learn better and to use the “Reference for Chemistry Teaching in Secondary Schools” (hereinafter referred to as “Sinochem)” to improve their ability of teaching and teaching and research and promote their professional development, Three expert teachers and one excellent teaching and research staff were invited to discuss the role of Sinochem in their professional growth with their own teaching and research practices.
