目的:探讨生理条件下白细胞和内皮细胞的相互作用(leukocyte-endotheliuminteraction,LEI)对微循环中白细胞流动分布的影响。方法:应用微循环图象多参数计算机分析系统对大鼠肠系膜活体微循环中白细胞流动分布特征进行系统研究。结果:发现口径和流速相近的微动脉和微静脉,其可见白细胞流量相差达131倍;白细胞沿管壁滚动呈“跳跃式”运动;其运动速度频率呈“双峰”特征分布,低峰值在10~15μm/s,高峰值在25~30μm/s;随着微静脉口径的增加,可见白细胞流量增加,但可见白细胞流速未见明显变化;而随着红细胞流速的增加,可见白细胞流速呈增加趋势,而可见白细胞流量反而减少。结论:这些结果为进一步研究生理状态下LEI的发生机制及病理状态下的LEI增高提供理论依据。
Objective: To investigate the effect of leukocyte-endothelium interaction (LEI) on the distribution of leukocyte in microcirculation under physiological conditions. Methods: Microcirculation image multi-parameter computer analysis system was used to systematically study the distribution of leukocyte flow in rat mesenteric microcirculation. Results: It was found that there was a 131-fold difference in the white blood cell flow between the arterioles and venules with similar caliber and flow velocity. The leukocytes were “leap-shaped” 10 ~ 15μm / s and peak at 25 ~ 30μm / s. With the increase of the diameter of venules, the leukocyte flux increased, but the leukocyte flux showed no obvious change. With the increase of erythrocyte flow rate, the leukocyte flux increased Trend, but visible white blood cell flow but reduced. Conclusion: These results provide theoretical basis for further study on the mechanism of LEI and the increase of LEI in pathological state.
