1986—1990年,于黑龙江省绥芬河,先后观察了173组滩头雅罗鱼受精卵在不同水温下的发育情况,查明了该鱼胚胎发育的最适水温为10—18℃,极限水温为7—27℃,与同时期绥芬河水温变化相一致,各发育期胚胎对水温变化的敏感性不同。孵出期和囊胚原肠期发育速率变化较大,积温为变数,其它时期发育积温趋于常数。使胚胎停止发育的下限温度与致死温度明显不同。各时期胚胎停止发育的下限温度为:孵出期为9℃,囊胚原肠期为8.5℃,卵裂期、器官分化期为6.5℃。胚胎停止发育是适应气候多变的一种自然选择。
From 1986 to 1990, in Suifenhe, Heilongjiang Province, we observed the development of 173 groups of Argali fertilized eggs at different water temperatures, and found that the optimum water temperature for the embryo development of the fish was 10-18 ℃ and the limit water temperature was 7 -27 ℃, consistent with the changes of water temperature in Suifenhe during the same period. Stagnant embryo development is to adapt to the changing climate of a natural choice.
