近几年来,我院对农业职业高师的教育特点,办学方向、培养目标,教育理论及原则等诸方面进行了广泛的探论和研究,取得了一定程度上的突破。但对教学过程中的重要组成部分毕业实习方面的研究仍是薄弱环节,1988年,曾提出两种实习结合进行的设想,但目前仍多是采用教育实习和生产实习分时分地相互割离的“两段式”方法,即是在普通农业院校毕业实习的基础上增加了一定时间的教育实习。从而不能充分体现我院
In recent years, our institute has conducted extensive exploration and research on the characteristics of education, orientation of education, training objectives, education theory and principles, and achieved a certain degree of breakthrough. However, the research on graduation practice in the teaching process is still a weak link. In 1988, the idea of combining two kinds of internships was proposed, but at present, it is still mostly separated from each other by the use of educational internships and production internships. The “two-stage” method, which is based on the graduation practice at ordinary agricultural colleges, adds a certain amount of time to the teaching practice. It can’t fully reflect our hospital
