随着社会经济地不断发展和人类文明的进步,营销活动也变得越来越频繁,也越来越重要。作为营销活动的一个重要环节,营销谈判实际上是一种对话,而营销谈判的语言及其技巧实际上是一条影响谈判成败的纽带。研究从营销谈判的接近、解说、劝服和交易这四个阶段来阐述营销者谈判的语言技巧。
With the continuous socio-economic development and the progress of human civilization, marketing activities have become more and more frequent and important. As an important part of marketing activities, marketing negotiation is actually a kind of dialogue. The language of marketing negotiation and its skills are actually a link that affects the success or failure of the negotiation. The study elaborates the language skills of marketers negotiation from the four stages of marketing negotiation such as approach, explanation, persuasion and transaction.
