无载体吸入粉雾剂可避免载体引入带来的相关问题,且适合剂量较大的药物,是吸入粉雾剂的发展方向之一。本文综述无载体吸入粉雾剂的开发与应用现状,包括药物微粉的存在形态、制备工艺、制剂处方、吸入给药装置等,为该类制剂的开发提供参考。 Carrier-free inhalation powder aerosol can avoid the related problems caused by carrier introduction, and suitable for larger doses of drugs, is one of the development directions of inhalation powder aerosols. This review summarizes the development and application status of carrier-less inhaled powder aerosols, including the existing forms of the drug powders, preparation techniques, formulation prescriptions and inhalation drug delivery devices, and provides a reference for the development of such formulations.
